Leadership Classes
LIA believes strongly that leadership cannot be learned by content alone. Effective leadership can only be learned through practical application. We also believe that leadership is a journey, a never ending search for better ways to promote and grow people and organizations. To that end, our seminars and programs are fully interactive with workshops and action plans designed to facilitate leadership development.
We offer a variety of classes in the following formats:
- 1/2 Day, 3 Hour Program
- Full Day, 6 Hour Program
- 2 1/2 Day, 15 Hour Program
- 4 Day, 24 Hour Program
All programs are customized to the needs of each organization and to emphasize the strengths of that organization.

The combination of a 360 assessment and feedback reveals a candid look into how the participant is perceived by peers, subordinates and supervisors, and the impact that has on the workplace, your customers, clients and the public. This feedback is cited as being the most valuable aspect of the leadership training experience and provides the basis for the critical step of self awareness.
Being aware of our strengths and weaknesses lays the foundation for the final step of our program: completing personal and professional action plans to begin putting to work the knowledge that is gained from the program resulting in positive growth for both the individual and organization.
