Ian’s background as a first responder, and fire & rescue administration and training officer has allowed him to experience and execute critical leadership at the highest level. In addition, he spent more than 25 years as a winning soccer coach, most recently at the college level, leading teams to championships at every level.
Karen has held leadership roles in fire and health care administration, the banking and real estate industries, and operated her own business. Her early academic focus was business administration. She’s received awards over the years for her team leadership and administrative accomplishments.
