Who is LIA?
Ian and Karen Gregory bring more than 40 years of education and experience to the programs they create. They foster an engaging, passionate, and enjoyable atmosphere with each session they deliver. Their complimentary perspectives and experience combine into a singular passion: to share their understanding of effective leadership and promote individual and organizational growth and success.
Ian's background as a first responder, and fire & rescue administration and training officer has allowed him to experience and execute critical leadership at the highest level. In addition, he spent more than 25 years as a winning soccer coach, most recently at the college level, leading teams to championships at every level.
Karen has held leadership roles in fire and health care administration, the banking and real estate industries, and operated her own business. Her early academic focus was business administration. She's received awards over the years for her team leadership and administrative accomplishments.
