Within this standard of excellence, the LIA 360 Assessment helps to provide a candid look into how each participant is perceived by peers, subordinates and supervisors, and the impact their actions have on the workplace, customers, and the public. This feedback is often cited as the most valuable aspect of our training experience as it provides the basis for critical steps toward self-awareness.
Being aware of our strengths and weaknesses lays the foundation for the final step of our program: completing personal and professional action plans. These plans give participants a step-by-step roadmap for implementing and applying the knowledge they’ve gained from the program.
